A. Because our platform offers the features that are not free like ability to buy phone numbers, send text messages, and use VoiceAI + Conversation AI. Those features are an additional charge and we don't pay for those things. If you're just using the CRM, building out Live Chat Web Widgets and Chatting live on your own, you won't have anything to purchase.

Q. Can I add my employees/team members?

A. Yes, you can add as many as you'd like.

Q. Can I give my customers access but add them as team members?

A. No. If you do this you will lose access with no refund.

Q. How much do AI Tokens cost [in USD]?

A. GPT 4o Input $2.625/million tokens, GPT 4o Output $10.5/million tokens, GPT 4o mini Input $0.1575/million tokens, GPT 4o mini Output $0.63/million tokens

A2. The system will automatically choose which GPT to use based on the task at hand in order to give the best results.

Q. Can I bill my customers in this platform?

A. Yes. You can connect Stripe, PayPal, NMI, Authorize.net, Square

Q. Is there a mobile app?

A. Yes. Once you set up your account you can stay in contact with customers using the LeadConnector app on The App Store or Google Play Store.

Q. Can I integrate with other platforms?

A. Yes. You can use platforms like Zapier, Pabbly, Albato, and Make to connect with your other platforms. Just search for the LeadConnector app in their platform. NOTE: If you don't see LeadConnector, you can search for High Level or Go High Level as well to see if they have a direct integration.

Q. Can I create multiple free accounts using the coupon code?
